About the Artist:

Muzzumil Ruheel is a Karachi-based visual artist and a graduate of Beaconhouse National University. Known for his text-based conceptual art practice, Muzzumil explores profound questions, analyzes complex ideas, and engages with diverse subjects. His work challenges norms and conventions, offering thought-provoking narratives.

Muzzumil has held numerous solo exhibitions across Germany, Dubai, the USA, the UK, India, and Pakistan. His recent solo show, On Emptiness, is currently on display at the Friday Gallery, Los Angeles. His art has been showcased in major national and international exhibitions, museums, art institutions, and art fairs, such as the Young Moscow Biennale, Colombo Art Biennale, Lahore Biennale, Cairo Documenta, Darmstadt Museum (Germany), Kaladham Museum (India), Wip Konstall (Sweden), Museo Diocesano Carlo Maria Martini (Italy), Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien (Germany), and Herbert Art Gallery and Museum (UK).
