In this abstract painting, I wanted to capture a moment of solitude and companionship. The dreamy blue and orange backdrop sets the stage for two ethereal figures, one in a bright yellow and the other in a darker hue, standing closely together on a ledge. To me, they represent a shared moment of quiet reflection, where words are unnecessary. The flowing, textured strokes of paint were my way of expressing movement and depth, aiming to evoke a sense of both serenity and mystery in a world that feels both familiar and otherworldly. – Mariam Khawer
