Bareerah Ghani
Bareerah is a Canadian-Pakistani writer and editor. She holds an MFA in Fiction from George Mason University, and freelances as a book reviewer at Publishers Weekly. Her work has appeared in The Rumpus, Electric Literature, Moon City Review, and other places.

Anum Asi
Anum Asi is a writer from Karachi. Her writing has been supported by Cornell University, Banff Center for the Arts and Creativity, VONA/Voices and Monson Arts, among others, and won the Emily Clark Balch Prize for Fiction.
After studying Sociology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University as a Fulbright Scholar, she completed an MFA in Creative Writing at Cornell University. She has taught fiction, poetry and memoir at Cornell and at Habib University.

Nadir Khan
A co-founder of DWL (Desi Writers’ Lounge), a lyricist and poet, Nadir has been penning verses in English and Urdu for over half a lifetime. His work has appeared in Papercuts Magazine, Basant: A Poetry Anthology, The Dewdrop, Rockvale Review, and elsewhere. Two of his Urdu poems have been anthologized in the Stephen Spender Trust collaboration, Aks-e-Rawanee. Several of his works have been reproduced as songs.

Sidra Tul Muntaha
Sidra Tul Muntaha is a poet and physicist based in Lahore, Pakistan. She likes studying the universe and also creating new ones out of poems. Her hobbies include reading poems, collecting them in her notebook, and lending them to her friends whether they need one or not. Sidra is a poetry editor at Mollusk Literary Magazine and her work is forthcoming in The Ampersand Anthology (The Peepul Press, 2024).

Aisha Hamid
Aisha Hamid is a poet and writer from Lahore presently pursuing her MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage at Northwestern University. She was shortlisted by the Zeenat Haroon Rashid Writing Prize for Women in 2019 and served as a Poetry Reader at The Adroit Journal for two years. Munib Khan
Munib Khan holds an MFA from Purdue University and a PhD in English Literature and Creative Writing from Florida State University. His fiction has appeared in Prairie Schooner, Massachusetts Review, The Normal School, American Literary Review, Barcelona Review, Southword: New International Writing, and elsewhere. His essays have appeared in The News and Dawn in Pakistan. He has received fellowships from the National Society of Arts and Letters, Key West Literary Seminar, and Vermont Studio Center, among others. He is currently working on his debut novel.

Omair is an archivist, photographer, researcher, and writer based in Karachi. His work has been featured in Arzu Anthology, Reimagining Relations, Unbound Unchained, and Bodhshabdo (forthcoming 2025). Hammad Rind
Hammad Rind is a Pakistani-born writer and translator now based in Cardiff. His debut novel in English, Four Dervishes (Seren Books, 2021), was long-listed for the British Science Fiction Association Award. He works across a number of languages, including Welsh, Persian, Urdu, and Turkish. His translation work includes rendering Naveen Kishore’s Knotted Grief into Urdu as Uljha Gham (Zuka Books, 2022), as well as co-translating poetry by Palestinian poet Najwan Darwish into Welsh. He is currently doing a PhD in Welsh at Bangor University, researching the elegiac traditions of Welsh marwnad and Persian/Urdu marsiya.
